Salary: $45.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute speech language pathology and audiology services, ensuring alignment with ASHA guidelines and physician orders.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to the rehabilitation director, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, billing, and coding for residents receiving services.
- Adhere to health inspection survey readiness, OSHA requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Promote safe work practices and accident prevention measures to protect staff and residents.
- Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance for the speech language pathology department.
- Supervise staff and promote a harmonious, compliant working environment.
- Maintain and sanitize all speech language pathology and audiology equipment per facility guidelines.
- Participate in safety drills, trainings, and fulfill responsibilities during emergency plan activation.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and staff through tact and professionalism.
- Complete assigned training and skills competency as a condition of employment.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to speech language pathology and audiology services.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with residents, families, and staff in a tactful and compassionate manner.
- Must have the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact.
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment and contribute to overall patient care.
