What We Offer
About the RoleThis position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a Patient Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, handling all aspects of patient reception and registration. This includes verifying appointment and insurance information, processing new and follow-up patient registrations, collecting copays, managing cash drawers, and tracking weekly/monthly totals. You will also manage past due payments, verify insurance coverage, and remain flexible with work assignments as patient volumes vary and doctor schedules change.
