Job Description
As a Sales and Marketing Account Manager for Exceptional Care LLC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and potential clients. Your primary goal will be to strengthen our presence in the community and drive growth through partnerships and community engagement that lead to referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Identify and engage with community organizations, healthcare professionals, fiduciaries, lawyers, retirement communities, wealth managers, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives to promote our home care services.
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, fiduciaries, lawyers, retirement communities, wealth managers, and other stakeholders.
- Marketing and Promotion: Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to increase brand awareness.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in community development, outreach, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with clients and community partners.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for community engagement and advocacy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
