- Process and manage payrolls (hourly and salaried staff) to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance with policies and accuracy.
- Verify and reconcile employee attendance, hours worked, and payroll adjustments.
- Maintain payroll records, process tax payments, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Provide support to employees and supervisors on payroll matters, tax issues, and benefits inquiries.
- Prepare and file required quarterly and annual payroll reports, including W-2s.
- Reconcile employee insurance premium invoices and coordinate with HR and benefit vendors.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent.
- Four (4) years of payroll or related experience or a combination of six (6) years of education and experience.
- Proficiency with payroll processing software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office. Paycor experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass extensive background checks including abuse and criminal history registries.
- Ability to pass a required pre-employment drug screening.
