Intake Coordinator

In this role you will:

• Assess a large volume of phone calls and requests, both clinical and non-clinical in nature while providing superior customer service and maintaining a one call resolution standard.
• Schedule appointments, handle rescheduling and cancellations.
• Participate in team planning meetings
• Provide friendly Customer Service
• Enter new client data
• Handle complex or confidential situations
• Handle client concerns
  

Requirements:

• Professional and friendly presentation
• Proficiency in English
• Results-driven and patient
• A high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Accepts training, correction, and feedback well
• Must have experience with professional phone scheduling, must be proficient with phone, email and text correspondence
• Prior experience in an office setting
• Must have knowledge of how insurance carriers work
• Experience or general knowledge of learning disabilities and behavioral issues is a plus.
• Ability to commute to the Manalapan and Shrewsbury office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23 to $25 /hr
