Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cowtown Cattlepen Maze Attendant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with the operation of the maze, and ensure an engaging and safe experience for all visitors. Responsibilities will include cash handling, opening and closing the maze booth, assisting with field trips, performing regular cleaning tasks, and reporting any necessary repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Visitor Ambassador: Greet and engage with visitors, providing helpful information about the maze, safety guidelines, and other attractions. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure proper reconciliation of daily sales.
- Opening & Closing the Maze Booth: Responsible for setting up the maze booth at the start of your shift and securely closing it at the end of your shift.
- Maze Maintenance: Regularly clean and inspect the maze to ensure it is in excellent condition for visitors. Report any repairs or maintenance issues to management.
- Assisting with Field Trips: Support field trip groups by helping with maze activities and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for students and teachers.
- Phone Answering: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries about the maze, and provide necessary information or assistance to customers.
- Safety & Security: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Handling High Guest Volume: Ability to work efficiently in a high-traffic environment with large crowds. Must remain calm and organized during busy periods to ensure guests receive the best experience possible.
