ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

POTENTIAL TO START IN SPRING OF 2025

Must always maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.

Assist with special Team Member appreciation events and community service activities
-
Perform administrative tasks such as gathering and processing necessary documentation.
-
Attending daily meetings and weekly hotel operations meetings
-
Assist with the recruitment process, includes job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
-
Prepare timely reports such as: birthday, anniversary, reviews due, etc.
-
Assist with the onboarding process for all new team members in accordance with state and federal laws.
-
Assist with the departmental filing system and record systems as required.
-
Assist with the input of data from all Personnel Action Form’s (PAF), information of team members.

Respond to inquiries in a professional, courteous and warm manner modeling our Shared Values and Hospitality Philosophy.

May assist People Culture leadership in researching and preparing sensitive investigative information as assigned.

Maintain an awareness of applicable laws and operates within those guidelines.

Assist our Training & Development team with Welcome Experience coordination for new hires.

Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
MUST HAVES:

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and experience with computers and Microsoft programs.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Strong organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Passion for hospitality, people, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with an expected graduation date of May - December 2025.
