The Professional Recruiter is responsible for working closely with the Director of Recruitment and Account Executives to recruit, interview, and pre-qualify candidates.
Overview:
Our growing healthcare staffing organization is looking to hire a Professional Recruiter for our Tampa Office. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors’ degree, be a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial spirit, but most importantly be a team player and go-getter.

A Successful Professional Recruiter will:
- Source, screen, and submit healthcare candidates for work assignments
- Conduct research to pre-qualify candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Attract top-level candidates
- Act as point of contact for candidate inquiries
Professional Recruiter Requirements:
- Dynamic and outgoing personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office & Outlook
Bonus Points | Desirables, But Not Deal Breakers:
- 1-2 years in sales, recruiting and/or customer service, preferred
- Previous experience recruiting in healthcare, a plus
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
