The Director of Nursing Recruitment will oversee the division and is responsible for overall strategic growth and operations. They will be responsible for managing and fostering a positive relationship with our director(s) and sales team, while maintaining compliance with all State, Federal, Company & The Joint Commission Standards for Healthcare Staffing Certification involving sales and director’s accountability.
OVERVIEW:
Our growing Travel Nurse & Allied Health Staffing organization is looking to hire a Director of Nursing Recruitment for our Tampa Office. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors’ Degree, have hospital staffing experience, have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, be a self-starter, but most importantly be a team player and go-getter.

OUR DIRECTOR OF NURSING RECRUITMENT WILL:
- Ensure and/or facilitate weekly clinician pipeline from recruiting staff to ensure the overall growth of the Healthcare Nursing Division.
- Maintain a current awareness of the abilities and limitations of recruiting team.
- Be responsible for maintaining analytic and strategic accountability regarding recruiters’ responsibilities of meeting weekly and quarterly goals.
- Ensure orientation of new recruiter hires regarding culture, organization expectation & operations to include use of the Healthcare Division training manual.
- Ensure that recruiting team is meeting client demand and delivering clinicians to staff in a timely fashion.
- Coach recruiting team ensure professional and personal growth.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and adherence to the policies and procedures, hold staff accountable for carrying out all policies, procedures, and work flows as outlined.
- Maintain an active involvement in issues of cost containment and meeting overall margin goals.
- Provide leadership with sound solution(s) and strategic insight.
- Demonstrate ability to identify/solve problems; use initiative & good judgment to reach decisions.
- Consistently demonstrate a timely and dependable attitude in all aspects of objectives and task; meets deadlines for assigned projects.

- At least 3 years’ experience in sales and recruitment staffing
- Bachelor's degree
