Vice President of Sales – Healthcare
Location: Tampa, FL
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re a fast-growing Nursing and Allied Health organization—expanding by over 100% in the past year—and we’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead our Tampa office.
In this role, you’ll drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and make an impact in the Travel Nursing & Allied Health industry using a mix of inside and outside sales strategies. Join a supportive, high-energy team and take the lead in shaping our next chapter of growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use your established industry contacts to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
- Connect with key decision-makers and influencers in the health system market to strengthen partnerships.
- Travel within your territory (up to 25%) for client meetings as needed.
- Develop leads and set up sales meetings using tools like Bullhorn, LinkedIn, outbound calls, and emails.
- Work collaboratively with a motivated team while managing your own approach to success.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Required: Experience in healthcare staffing and 2 years in direct sales.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- A driven attitude with a passion for achieving results.
