The Revenue Enablement function at Exclaimer supports our commercialteams with the learning materials, content and resources to drive our growth and success.
Partnering with the GTM leadership team and broader enablement team (Product Marketing), the Revenue Enablement Manager will serve as a critical partner for our US GTM teams by developing/delivering sales arguments & strategies, persuasive artifacts, thought leadership, and training sessions tailored to our key buyer personas. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, building robust processes, and driving transformation through effective change management and communication to the GTM organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with GTM leadership to develop, execute and optimize enablement programs.
- Determine sales enablement priorities with GTM stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with sales reps and wider GTM teams.
- Ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Solid understanding and experience working with OKR's
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams.
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs.
- Coordinate and create content for ongoing training.
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.
- Maintain enablement software such as Outreach and Gong.
- 5 years of operating experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Corporate Strategy in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably at a SaaS or B2B organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations Management or a related field highly preferred.
- Proven experience building, executing, and measuring the success of sales training programs. Such programs will have driven clear improvements in the Sales process, practices, and execution.
- Strong project management ability, find solutions and follow through to a successful conclusion.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC and value-selling methodologies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A bias for action and measuring success.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, Outreach and Gong or similar tools.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication skills.
