The Owner Relations Manager is responsible for nurturing and enhancing the relationships with property owners. Responsibilities will span across owner relationship management, property standards maintenance, onboarding support, and engaging with new homeowners.

Primary Responsibilities

· Facilitates communication to homeowners between E30A and vendor.

· Assist in onboarding and compliance of new homes.

· Communicates with owners daily through email, phone and text.

· Works hand in hand with the assigned Property Manager(s) to ensure homes are maintained to E30A standards.

· Books all Homeowner reservations and guests of homeowner through back office and reports all owner arrivals to special vendors such as landscaping, pool service, etc.

· Tasks all specific homeowner requests in Breezeway for in-house services such as maintenance, housekeeping and property managers and follows up to confirm completion.

· Assists Director with homeowner monthly statement reviews with accounting to determine homeowner costs vs. E30A absorbed costs per specific homeowner contract details and homeowner preference.

· Coordinates realtor showing and open houses between agents and E30A team to manage turn service schedules.

· Assists homeowners with adding special services such as additional bike rentals, beach chair rentals, extra mid-stay cleans, bonfires, baby equipment rentals, etc.

· Researches unusual homeowner charges through notes in Breezeway and calls with other departments.

· Addresses homeowner questions concerning property activities and statement charges.

· Performs owner arrival inspections and meets with owners as required.

· Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, Skills)

· High School Diploma or GED is required. A four-year college degree is preferred.

· Two (2) years of experience in the hospitality industry is required.

· Two (2) years of short-term rental experience is preferred.

· Exceptional Relationship Builder: Proficient in building strong, lasting connections, particularly with property owners and industry partners.

· Excellent Communication Skills: Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

· Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail, crucial for maintaining high property standards.

· Proactive Problem Solver: Adept at identifying and swiftly resolving challenges, enhancing customer experiences.

· Creative, Empathetic, and Personalized Approach: Creative thinker with empathetic qualities, adept at personalizing experiences.

· Sales and Networking Skills: Skilled in identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and driving partnerships.

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • short-term rental: 2 years (Preferred)
