We are currently seeking a Part-Time Janitor & Cleaner Crew Member to support our growing list of accounts throughout the Central Florida area.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces in office, medical, and industrial facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, and high-touch surfaces
- Use industrial cleaning equipment, including back-pack vacuums
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to meet health and safety standards
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE
- Properly use, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with company and OSHA standards
Teamwork & Professionalism
- Work collaboratively with team members at various job sites
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and report issues to supervisors
Maintenance & Organization
- Keep janitor closets clean and organized
- Ensure cleaning equipment is in good working condition
- Log cleaning tasks and hours worked using the CleanSmarts system
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months of janitorial or office cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation required to travel to job sites across Central Florida
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable performing manual labor in a fast-paced environment

- This is a part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling
- Job duties may be adjusted as needed
