POSITION DESCRIPTION
Exclusive Resorts is seeking a highly motivated Application Support Analyst to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical support, troubleshoot application-related issues, implement automation where feasible, and ensure the seamless operation of our organization's critical applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for solving complex problems.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Address and resolve data discrepancies across systems of record and downstream systems.
Monitor application health, perform system checks, and proactively address potential issues.
Perform application account onboarding and offboarding.
Data Analysis & Management
Perform data comparisons between systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Use T-SQL and Salesforce SOQL to query, analyze, and correct data.
Conduct data imports and exports for systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
Process Automation & Documentation
Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks and processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, solutions, and application configurations.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and system dependencies.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue resolution progress.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance application reliability and user experience.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in an application support or data analyst role.
Technical Skills
Experience working with cloud-based systems (Salesforce and NetSuite) preferred.
Understanding of T-SQL, SOQL, or other Structured Query Languages.
Familiarity with application monitoring tools, service management platforms, and incident handling processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Additional Information
Ability to participate in a 24 / 7 on call rotation.
Located in Denver or willing to work in the Mountain Time Zone.
