About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Services Coordinator to support billing and account management operations. This role involves invoicing, reporting, account updates, and providing excellent service to internal and external clients, including attorneys. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to open emails.
- Arrange and process payment plans with homeowners.
- Update owner billing addresses and account information.
- Process account adjustments and charge violation fines.
- Apply fees for work orders, resident key fobs, and other miscellaneous charges.
- Collaborate with association managers on lien and foreclosure processing.
- Charge owner accounts for management company and attorney fees.
- Record and process bankruptcies related to property accounts.
- Ensure delinquent account statuses are updated monthly.
- Monitor and process legal invoices.
- Review board-approved waivers and settlements for account adjustments.
- Handle attorney requests and approvals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
- Experience in the property management industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines.
