What You Get To Do
- Consult with clients and their foreign parent companies on U.S. accounting, payroll, and administrative needs
- Record business transactions including cash, A/R, A/P, and journal entries
- Close books and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Register clients for employer withholding, unemployment, and sales/use tax accounts
- Prepare sales/use tax returns, property tax filings, Forms 1099 & 1042
- Set up and process payroll through payroll platforms
- Support with client bank deposits, vendor payments, and tax payments
- Research technical issues and work with leadership for resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or higher)
- 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
- Strong experience preparing financial statements and communicating with clients
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; working knowledge of Word and Adobe
- Bonus: Familiarity with software such as QuickBooks, SAGE, Navision (Dynamics), ProAlpha, Datev, SAP
