Our client is a residential landscape design firm dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces tailored to each client's vision and needs. They are looking for you, an Estimator for their growing team.
What You Get To Do
- Create proposals from reading and analyzing plans for projects
- Conduct job site visits to identify conditions that will impact the proposal
- Perform accurate SF/LF takeoffs of design sets for estimating labor and materials using PlanSwift
- Create drainage and irrigation plans
- Very material pricing, availability and delivery timelines
- Enter all estimating data into Aspire
- Update the company's material catalog for available items and pricing
- Create job packets for installation crews
- Create change orders for ongoing installation projects
- Meet with clients to participate in proposal presentations and client discussions
- Assist in permit submittals for projects
- 3 years of experience as an Estimator in residential landscaping or construction
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Experience in PlanSwift or similar take-off software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Growing, stable business with a long client wait list
