Job Title : (Part-Time) HR Generalist
Location : South Florida - Remote
Pay Rate : $55 / hr. to $60 / hr.
Position Summary :
ExecuSource is partnering with a rapidly growing European based organization in the marketing space. Right now, they are adding a part-time HR Generalist to their team. This person will be fully-remote, but needs to sit in South Florida.
Key Responsibilities :
- Roughly 15 / 17 employees in US and this would be only HR person supporting them (have never had one before), remaining employees are in Europe and has their own HR Manager there.
- Handle any HR issues, put in policies / procedures where needed, but not to just put them in. Help with culture and team building virtual events (basically everyone is remote), help plan holiday party, booking reservations for restaurants when they entertain clients, etc...
- Onboarding new employees, taking people from candidate to employee (don't have anyone that is in charge of this now)
- Can create your own schedule - require 80 hours out of the month. Assist CEO and Sales team as well with ad hoc projects.
- Proactively looking at policies
- When need to be making a few changes soon - moving slowly so adjustments we make aren't going to be too fast.
- Scope : day to day HR Generalist work, culture building, employee relations, building best practices as they grow. Payroll is separate and rolls into the CFO.
