About the Role :
We are looking for you, a skilled HR Generalist, to join an awesome company in the Software space on a part-time, fully remote basis. In this role, you’ll provide essential HR support for a growing U.S. team, establish key policies and procedures, and foster a positive company culture.
What You Get to Do
- Serve as the primary HR contact for a U.S.-based team of 15–17 employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures where needed.
- Support company culture through virtual team-building events and holiday planning.
- Manage onboarding processes, guiding candidates from hire to employee.
- Assist the CEO and sales team with ad hoc projects.
- Oversee employee relations and proactively refine HR best practices.
- Experience : Prior experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Location : Must reside in South Florida.
- Skills : Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and onboarding processes.
- Attributes : Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of fostering a positive work culture.
- Competitive Pay : $55–$60 per hour.
