Our client is a leader in high-end landscape design and construction. The company is experiencing phenomenal growth and thus is seeking additional project management expertise for clients in Greenville, Anderson, Oconee and Pickens counties.
What You Get To Do
- Oversee multiple projects in the field and manage 1-4 crews at a time
- Track project costs to quotes and ensure profitability and quality standards are met
- Read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings
- Recommend cost-effective design modifications
- Plan labor hours, materials and subcontractors for assigned projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex field challenges
- Operate various tools and equipment as needed
- Ensure all work id carried out safely and efficiently
- Manage the client relationship and keep them updated
- 5 years of landscape and construction project management experience
- Solid knowledge of construction materials, masonry, hardscapes and irrigation/drainage systems
- Excellent communication and management skills
