- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract management, scaling strategies, and process optimization.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with project management and data analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Monday, Excel, Tableau).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong leadership abilities.
