What You Get To Do
- Focus on reducing outstanding AR
- Contacting insurance companies to resolve claim issues
- Perform account research
- Pursue non-payment from third party payors until payment is received
- Set, and achieve production based goals
- Experience with insurance collections Medicaid, Managed Care, BCBS and Commercial accounts.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and Medical Billing Software
- Understanding of medical terminology/coding
- High level of professionalism with both written and verbal communication
- Minimum of a high school diploma
