Job Title : Project Finance Associate - Renewable Energy Projects
Location : Boston, MA
Pay : $310,000 - $365,000 bonus eligibility
Schedule : Hybrid (On-site approximately 60% of the time)
Our client, a renowned Am Law 100 firm, is known for providing strategic legal solutions to clients across the energy sector. They are seeking a Project Finance Associate with experience in renewable energy finance to join their Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale projects that advance the renewable energy industry.
What you get to do :
Structure and negotiate financing for renewable energy projects, including credit and partnership agreements
Manage project documentation such as PPAs, EPCs, and interconnection agreements
Conduct due diligence and provide legal guidance on development agreements for major renewable energy projects
Collaborate closely with teams on complex project finance transactions
What you need to succeed :
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts
4 years of project finance experience in a law firm setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
