Purchasing Agent - Residential Construction / Procurement / Hyphen Solutions
Location : Raleigh, NC
Pay : $75,000 - $85,000 (DOE)
Schedule : Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM or 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

What You Get to Do
Manage and operate Hyphen Solutions / Homefront / BuildPro / SupplyPro software for purchasing and procurement
Maintain vendor contracts, pricing, and specifications while ensuring accurate purchase orders
Work closely with construction managers to address material shortages and vendor concerns
Conduct take-offs for house plans and ensure smooth purchasing operations
Assist with bid analysis and vendor negotiations to maintain cost efficiency
Collaborate with suppliers and seek out new vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and maintain accurate records What You Need to Succeed
3 years of experience in residential construction purchasing (multi-family experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
Proficiency in Hyphen Solutions (Homefront, BuildPro, SupplyPro) is a huge plus
Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and blueprint reading
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams What's in It for You
