Real Estate Paralegal - Affordable Housing, LIHTC, Title Review
Location : Washington, D.C.
Pay : $100-130K (depending on experience)
Schedule : On-site for the first 90 days. Potential for hybrid 4 days in office 1 day WFH.
Our client is a well-established law firm specializing in real estate transactions, including affordable housing, low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), and financing through government agencies. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality legal services with a focus on client relationships and transactional efficiency.
They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a highly skilled professional who can take real estate cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
What You Get to Do :
- Review title commitments, title documents, and surveys for compliance and objections.
- Work directly with Title Agents and Surveyors to facilitate revisions.
- Maintain and organize due diligence documents for financing and government review.
- Draft real estate acquisition closing documents and entity formation documents (LLCs, bylaws, operating agreements, etc.).
- Manage and oversee closing processes , ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
