- Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring project safety, quality, and efficiency
- Develop and maintain site logs, schedules, and inspections
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to meet project milestones
- Manage site logistics, shutdowns, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Perform other tasks as needed
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- MA CSL License required
- Prior experience with healthcare, life science, or commercial projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
