As a Auditing and Compliance Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's Quality Management System aligns with industry standards. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
About the Role:
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report on areas for improvement within the Quality Management System.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter with minimal oversight and supervision.
- Demonstrated capability in Inspection, Quality Control & Assurance methods, techniques, and equipment.
- Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9100 requirements.
- Knowledge and familiarity with statistical quality control techniques.
- This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
