They are currently seeking a Junior Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of solid experience in Commercial Litigation for our Real Estate Litigation practice with a focus on secured creditor enforcement.
Job Description:
Salary : $125000 - $160000
The role involves:
• Independently handling all aspects of Secured Financing enforcement proceedings
• Drafting and arguing dispositive motions and injunction papers
• Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages
• Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appeals
• Handling State and Federal Court appearances and mediations

Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities, along with effective communication skills for client interactions, are essential.
• Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York, with New Jersey admission preferred.
