Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who are a leading mid-sized law firm with offices around the tri-state New York metropolitan area and Florida.
They are currently seeking a Legal Assistant with 5 years of experience working for their law firm in a hybrid role with their Commercial Real Estate practice. This opportunity is located in Garden City, Nassau County, Long Island, N.Y.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Applicants must have 5 years of law firm experience.
- A background in transactional real estate matters
- Candidates must be able to type 55 wpm and have excellent spelling, grammar and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.
- Candidate will also provide attorneys with administrative support.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist attorneys with client communication, creating, formatting and revising legal documents, straight typing and proofreading work for accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Hybrid Hours :
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Minimum 3 days a week in office
2 days a week remotely
