Our client is an established, respected Long Island law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney.
Job Description
Salary : $160000 - $220000
Collaborative work environment. Good work/life balance. Solid client base.
You’ll work on a variety of real estate litigation – landlord/tenant, foreclosure, coop/condo, adverse possession, construction defects, access agreements, broker commission disputes and more.
Job Requirements
Excellent writing skills a must, with well-developed skills for performing legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits and other legal filings as well as discovery demands.
Candidate will maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior appearances at court conferences and hearings.
Significant NY Supreme Court Experience
Construction Law
Contract Negotiations
Real Estate
Leasing
Submission of writing sample will be required.
2100 billable hours.
Salary $160,000-225,000 based on experience.
