Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Directly supervise and manage a team of 17, including 4 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Process Improvement: Implement and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage a scorecard for professionals, ensuring that everyone has clear metrics to achieve. Lead the implementation of SOPs to track weekly performance, with 80% of the team hitting their targets.
- Project Management: Oversee the Turnover Process, including the development of standard product lists, turnover product lists, and flip product lists. Implement and manage a Turn Over quote calculator to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient onboarding of new clients.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth execution of the Non-Payment/Eviction Process, maintain margins by project, and monitor hours worked by task through detailed reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, with a strong focus on process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with a track record of building scoreboards and instilling quarterly reviews.
- Strong business acumen, particularly in managing financial operations and large transactions.

Work Schedule & Location:
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with minimal work outside of these hours.
- Location: On-site at our office, with increased activity during the summer months.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with a $500 budget to enhance your office environment.
- Benefits: Access to health and dental insurance (first $200 covered, with coverage beginning after 90 days), 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, 3% company match for 401(k), and the use of a company vehicle for travel.
