Our client, a US based global consumer / live goods product producer and distributor, is seeking a Managing Director (CEO) to provide leadership and strategic direction for their five-year-old digital marketing / e-Commerce business unit based in Mobile, Alabama .
The Managing Director (CEO) will :
- Work closely with the board of directors and management teams to set and execute a clear vision for the company’s :
o Growth
o Profitability
o Corporate culture,
o Environmental sustainability
o P&L / financial management
o Organizational and operational development and oversight
o New business development
o Content creation
o Direct management of a staff of eight employees
The ideal candidate will have :
o MBA desired but not mandatory
Compensation
150k - $200k Bonus
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
