This position is a dual-role position responsible for managing client care coordination and scheduling caregiver shifts to ensure timely, efficient, and personalized services for each client. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to client satisfaction. The Client Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact for both clients and caregivers, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

- Answering and Directing calls
- Create/build caregiver and client files
- Manage daily care logs
- Assist in filing of client or employee documents
Scheduling and Shift Coordination:
- Schedule caregivers according to client needs
- Communicate Schedule changes to caregivers and clients
- Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and families
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the Administrative Team, Office Manager and Care staff to ensure smooth coordination of services.
- Actively participate in staff meetings to provide guidance on any changes with staffing requirements/needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Home Care Scheduling software is preferred- ClearCare/Wellsky scheduling software.
- Prior experience in Home Care Scheduling/Client Coordination preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and experience working with elderly or disabled populations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and think out of the box with resolutions
Working Conditions:
- Part-time to start with the ability to go to Full-time for the right candidate
- Monday Thru Friday
- In person work location- no remote work
