What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler - Care Liaison - Admin - Private Duty Home Care position at Fort Myers Caregivers, Inc.?
We are seeking a team member who is detail oriented, analytical, and organized. We want someone whose friends or co-workers come to them to troubleshoot technology issues and solve problems. The person we're looking for wants to be part of a fast growing business with expansion opportunities and enjoys the challenge of a good puzzle (scheduling). We provide care to seniors in Fort Myers and the surrounding areas. We exist to provide the highest standard of in-home care to as many seniors as possible. Our founder started this company in response to the caregiver crisis when he realized agencies were hiring just about every caregiver that put in an application, and he couldn't find an agency with higher standards for their team. He started Caregivers United with the commitment that he would only hire the top 1% of caregivers (1 in every 173 applications on average. We are expanding in Fort Myers and we are looking for someone to work primarily in the office doing the following:
-Onboarding newly hired caregivers in the office-Training / Orienting caregivers on their first shifts with clients-Scheduling caregivers for shifts (Wellsky / Clear Care)-Managing relationships with clients and caregivers -Providing tech support for the staff (must be 8 out 10 or higher on computer tech skills)-Be available via phone for on-call after hours -Fill in a caregiver shift in rare cases
