About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join Executive Home Care of Saddleback Valley in Lake Forest, CA. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist with payroll, billing, and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
