THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Store Manager will achieve sales and profitability goals by leading store teams to be the store of the community for grocery and general merchandise.
You will serve as leader of the community outpost in a rural and culturally diverse setting.
This is a training position and you and your spouse/partner/friend will be relocated to another store upon completion.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Miniumum of 2 years grocery management experience with an aptitude for self-motivation and adapting to new environments.
Knowledge and passion to live and work in rural Alaska is a must.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Base salary $90,000-$120,000 based on experience, 107.5% bonus potential upon successful completion of training program.
Housing accomodations are included in many remote markets.
