Looking for a reliable and dedicated Supervisor in the Indy Downtown Area.
Our dedicated cleaners go above and beyond to exceed expectations through quality service in commercial cleaning.
Responsibilities:
- Be capable of all general cleaner duties(as you will have your own floor to clean)
- Resolve day-to-day issues
- Train new employees
- Willingness to cover a short staff situation and work overtime if needed
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team for optimal productivity
- Some knowledge of carpet cleaning helpful
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Good communication skills
Monday- Friday
4pm-8pm
