Summary
As an Administrative Assistant at Executive Medicine of Texas, you will play a vital role in supporting administrative staff by ensuring smooth office operations and providing assistance to the CEO and others in leadership. This position is essential in helping us maintain our commitment to patient care and help support our exceptional growth as a business.
Responsibilities
- Handle assignments as given by upper management.
- Provide excellent assistance in gathering data, research, spreadsheets, writing, editing, social media posts, special projects, and more.
- Manage inbox, and calendar appointments.
- Read and edit articles, chapters, etc.
- Help manage KPI reports for management
- Support office management tasks to enhance overall productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with regulations.
- Write or review agreements as directed.
- Manage PR requests, speaking requests, and more.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting or luxury environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent phone etiquette .
- proficiency with Microsoft Applications, Canva, and more.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work closely with upper management so that tasks and goals are focused and time is productive.
- Must have a STRONG work history which shows dedication, excellence, and longevity.
- No visible tattoos
This position is temp to perm. At the end of 90 days it will be decided if this position will be offered full time to the candidate. If the candidate goes full time, benefits, will be offered, including bonus opportunities. The right candidate will mesh well with management, show extreme potential, and will have demonstrated that their skills bring value to the organization.
