The Documentation Project Coordinator Lead will be responsible for creating new documentation, RACI matrices, and video/visual-based instructions while working closely with subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality documentation, training, and videos for project milestones.
- Collaborate with the documentation simplification team to streamline processes.
- Drive the implementation of the department's simplification plan.
- Serve as a key representative for governance meetings.
- Develop and apply effective document simplification and training strategies.
- Design and create departmental flowcharts and SOPs with RACI tables.
- Develop detailed work instructions with accompanying tutorials.
- Maintain compliance with EHS and GMP regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Evaluate project progress and ensure outcomes align with objectives.
