This is an excellent opportunity with an established, successful, company! My client is looking for an additional Staff Accountant to join their team. The company performs the financials for several entities in agricultural, farming, and manufacturing.
They prefer like someone with experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management. This is a permanent, full-time, position, with growth opportunity. Regular working hours Monday-Friday, you will need to be able to work on-site at the facility located in Lancaster.

The Ideal Candidate;
- 3 years managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely and accurate invoice processing, collections, and payment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and manufacturing is a plus.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and manage inventory levels.
- Prepare cash deposits for armored car pick-up and as requested by the controller.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports including accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Communicate with vendors and customers as needed to resolve any billing or payment issues.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
