Executive Recruiters and Consultants are searching for an Account Executive. My client is a privately held late-stage company that has experienced significant growth since its rebranding. They operate as a product discovery and consumer engagement platform, working with major brands to drive product trials and consumer feedback. They focus on large brands such as Constellation Brands and Coca-Cola; along with their established platform and client relationships, they seek an AE to help with their growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to boost business across key verticals (CPG, QSR, Retail, Entertainment).
- Secure New Clients: Strategically acquire new logos and expand our customer portfolio.
- Expand Client Relationships: Work alongside Solutions Consultants to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities.
- Exceed Sales Targets: Regularly achieve and surpass sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to articulate our value proposition clearly and boost conversion rates.
- Monitor Performance: Consistently track progress against targets and report performance metrics.
- Analyze Market Trends: Stay informed on industry, market, and competitor trends to enhance account strategies and provide relevant product feedback.
- Foster Team Spirit: Cultivate teamwork, camaraderie, and healthy competition within the sales department.
- Pursue Excellence: Continuously strive for outstanding results in all tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
5 years of successful quota-driven sales experience in media, advertising, or marketing technology sectors. Experience in verticals such as CPG, Retail, or Shopper Marketing agencies is preferred. Proven ability and passion for prospecting new business, developing relationships, and closing deals. Experience with account management is a plus. Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable engaging marketing teams, budget holders, and decision-makers. Highly motivated self-starter with comprehensive experience managing end-to-end sales processes in structured sales environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission with an OTE $200K-$280K.
