Job Description: Aerospace Plant Manager
An established manufacturer of machined parts is seeking a Plant Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate plant operations in a Union shop.
- Direct and coordinate plant operations in a Union shop.
- Manage production operation of precision machined parts efficiently.
- Develop an effective organization through hiring, training, and motivation of personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan the use of facilities, equipment, and personnel to meet current and future manufacturing requirements.
- Develop management talents necessary to obtain short and long-range goals.
Salary: $135k-$150k bonus opportunity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or 10-12 years' engineering and manufacturing experience.
- Supervisory experience in a labor-intensive production machine shop or related operation.
