Duties:
*Ensure the quality of incoming goods to support manufacturing and customer delivery schedules. Improves the capability of manufacturing processes in order to ensure the quality of goods produced
*Manage the nonconforming material disposition system in order to insure timely disposition and root cause identification and correction
*Develop and implement comprehensive excellence programs that support companies objectives to enhance organizational performance
*Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable plans
*Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive effective decision-making
*Conduct and facilitate training workshops and seminars to promote excellence and continuous improvement methodologies
*Train, coach and collaborate with departmental leaders to align strategies with overall business objectives
*Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with excellence standards
*Stay updated on industry trends and benchmarks to ensure best practices are implemented
*Support the culture within the company and the management of performance on a daily basis the problem-solving culture on a daily basis the culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the company
*Responsible for promoting safety at all levels in the organization.

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree
*Proven experience in a role focused on continuous improvement or operational excellence
*Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial setting
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve challenging goals
*Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, TPS and Toyota Way, etc.
*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
*Automotive sector experience desired.
