Duties:
Ensure the quality of incoming goods to support manufacturing and customer delivery schedules. Improves the capability of manufacturing processes in order to ensure the quality of goods produced- Manage the nonconforming material disposition system in order to insure timely disposition and root cause identification and correction
- Develop and implement comprehensive excellence programs that support companies objectives to enhance organizational performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable plans
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive effective decision-making
- Conduct and facilitate training workshops and seminars to promote excellence and continuous improvement methodologies
- Train, coach and collaborate with departmental leaders to align strategies with overall business objectives
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with excellence standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and benchmarks to ensure best practices are implemented
- Support the culture within the company and the management of performance on a daily basis the problem-solving culture on a daily basis the culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the company
- Responsible for promoting safety at all levels in the organization.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree- Proven experience in a role focused on continuous improvement or operational excellence
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve challenging goals
- Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, TPS and Toyota Way, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Automotive sector experience desired.
