We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our fun team! The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of our events, from logistics to customer service, ensuring smooth and successful execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle email correspondence with clients and vendors
- Coordinate and manage event logistics to ensure seamless execution
- Track payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries
- Schedule and organize conference calls for event planning
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the event process
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous event coordination or related experience is a plus
