Boutique Law Firm with many large corporate clients and a focus on business, construction, commercial, and employment litigation seeks an experienced trial attorney with actual trial and deposition experience. Compensation is negotiable. Clientele a plus. The attorney who owns the practice will be retiring in approximately 18 months. This is a lucrative, excellent opportunity to create a partnership with six attorneys now at the firm.
Qualifications :
- Familiarity with various legal documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- 5 plus years of experience (clientele is a plus).
- Experience in business litigation including construction and construction defect litigation; employment law litigation, mechanics and materialmen lien laws.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to abide by office protocols.
- Stable work tenure.
- Proven ability to get along with others; and
- Leadership skills.
