What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Secretary/Receptionist position at Executive Suites?
We are looking for a likable, FLEXIBLE , teachable, outgoing Secretary/Receptionist, who has worked in an office and who has had experience in customer service; answering, re-directing, and making outbound calls; collections; billing; social medial; and who is proficient in Microsoft and Excel. The office is open 8-5pm Monday thru Friday. This is a part time positon. If hired you would be picking up 1 day a week and covering shifts for our Full time receptionist. For example starting feb 1st you would get 1 day a week and Wednesdays 3-5. In the future more hours may become available and this could turn into a full time positon, in the future. Our Secretary/Receptionist will be required to multitask and wear multiple hats for many small businesses. Must be easy to get along with and self motivated to stay on top of all projects.
Pay based on experience.
