We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and personable Administrative Assistant/Support Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting walk-in customers, providing essential administrative support with a variety of clerical duties and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Front desk coverage and prompt service
- Data Entry Support
- Corporate reporting assistance
- Monitor phone hold times and assist with pushing calls to agents
- Work reception desk for scheduled hours
- Answer telephone calls and direct the caller to the appropriate associate.
- Greet and direct visitors to the company in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail, record and stamp all checks
- Participate fully as a team member to assist as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client
- Keep immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action which may be taken
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area and all non office/cubicle space
- Assist in producing reports from phone system
- Assist with special events held in the Lincoln office
- Assist other team members/departments with tasks
- Handle other duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Specifications
- Strong attention to detail is critical.
- Highly organized, ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects
- Be able to effectively communicate in person, via telephone and email
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience and/or education
