Position Summary :
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support and repair production machinery, building equipment, and essential systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience in a high-speed assembly production environment.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Perform maintenance on all machinery during assigned shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plant maintenance issues as needed.
- Conduct timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
- Ensure an adequate stock of repair parts and manage inventory through the MRO system.
- Recommend and implement equipment improvements.
- Assist with machine set-ups, start-ups, and qualifications.
- Strive for continuous improvement in equipment performance.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.
- Perform and document daily preventive maintenance (PMs).
- Enter and track work orders using an automated system.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Adhere to the company’s Food Safety Program (GMP).
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
