Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Expertise :
- Ensure technical specifications are met while troubleshooting complex configuration issues.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP add-ons like Boyum Usability Package, Boyum Print & Delivery, Produmex WMS, and Produmex Scan.
- Innovative Problem Solving :
- Develop creative solutions to address client challenges within complex business processes.
- Identify and resolve root causes of process inefficiencies.
- Collaboration & Communication :
