Job Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency:
- Ensuring technical specifications are met and troubleshooting complex configuration/build problems.
- Apply a broad and up to date awareness of the SAP eco-system of add-ons, including but not limited to: Boyum Usability Package, Boyum Print & Delivery, Produmex WMS and Produmex Scan.
- Develop creative approaches to resolve client problems within multiple and complex business processes.
- Identify root causes of process defects and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate across the practice to share expertise and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Confront issues openly and quickly, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Stay updated on the SAP ecosystem and technology advancements to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for change and convey the need for it to drive organizational growth and success.
- Seek collaborative experiences to achieve organizational goals, leveraging collective expertise and resources.
- Appropriately challenge common boundaries and look for opportunities for improvement, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Assist with other projects as assigned.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in professional services of ERP implementation.
- Windows Operating system
- Experience in SAP B1 is a must. Demonstrable SQL and HANA experience SAP Business One Accreditation (9.0 or higher)
- Working knowledge with Boyum B1Up Addon
- Experienced working with business processes relating to Enterprise Resource Planning and Financial Management
- Working knowledge of Produmex
- Experience in C# programming language
- Experience developing Crystal Reports
- Proven experience in successful project delivery within ERP implementation
